Procedures for awarding local public passenger transport services by road (bus, underground, tram, trolleybus, etc.) and by rail, as referred to in Decision No. 154/2019, as amended by Decisions Nos. 113/2021, 64/2024, and 177/2024

By Decision No. 154/2019 of 28 November 2019, the Authority approved the comprehensive revision of Decision No. 49/2015 concerning the “drawing up of tender notices and related contracts for the award of local public services by rail and road”. Accordingly, from 28 November 2019 onwards, the regulatory measures set out in Annex A to Decision No. 49/2015 were replaced by the regulatory measures referred to in Annex A to Decision No. 154/2019.

By Decision No. 113/2021 of 29 July 2021 , the Authority approved certain amendments to Annex “A” of Decision No. 154/2019, including, in particular, the replacement of Measure 12 and Appendix 3, and the modification of letters o), cc), and dd) of “Definitions.” These amendments apply from 1 January 2022.

By Decision No. 64/2024 of 15 May 2024, published on 16 May 2024, the Authority approved the revision of certain regulatory measures (and related Appendices) in Annex A to Decision No. 154/2019, in line with the provisions of Legislative Decree 201/2022. These revisions have been in effect since 16 May 2024.

Finally, by Decision No. 177/2024, published on 29 November 2024, the Authority approved the revision of Measures 17 and 26, as well as Appendices 5a, Format 3 – LPT by road and LPT by rail of Annex “A” to Decision No. 154/2019.
