Decision No 152/2016

By decision no 152/2016 of 21 December 2016, the Authority upheld a complaint lodged by RUs concerning the application by The IM of penalties and allowances for path cancellation established after their contractualisation.

The Authority ordered the IM to re-determine the penalties based on the allowance level provided for in the 2014 NS.
