Rules of procedure for regulatory impact assessment and regulatory fitness evaluation

These rules of procedure shall govern the procedures and the way the RIA and RFE are carried out to assist the Authority’s choices and contribute to their transparency by providing information:

  • in the preliminary enquiries, concerning the advisability and contents of the regulatory action,
  • as a result of the application of the regulatory measures adopted, with regard to their continuing usefulness, effectiveness and efficiency.
