Update 29 January 2025

The Corruption Prevention and Transparency Officer of the Transport Regulation Authority is Roberto Gandiglio, Head of Legal Affairs and Litigation, appointed by Decision No 141 of 21 October 2021 of the Board.

Until 31 October 2021, the role of Corruption Prevention and Transparency Officer was held by Vincenzo Accardo, Head of Accounts, Budget and Finance and Acting Head of Human Resources and General Affairs.

Until the same date, Andrea Ferroni, an official of the Authority, was designated as the substitute to assist the Corruption Prevention and Transparency Officer, and to perform related duties in the event of the Officer’s absence or impediment.

Both the Officer and the substitute were appointed  by Decision of the Board No 13 of 5 February 2015.
